We have set the goal to build the best value for money offroad tent trailer available in Europe. Why an offroad tent trailer, to give freedom, the possibility to go anywhere any time any way. So where does one start,
Step 1 make a list with wishes, consult potential buyers inform our self on their wishes.
Step 2 the design. For months we have been working on a design fit for our market, fulfilling our needs, our wishes. An off-road camping trailer for the European market.
Step 3 now in September 2015 we have started with the build of our first sample trailer. Working closely with our suppliers. We by our parts worldwide, we assemble in the Netherlands.
Step 4 get it road legal, pass the Dutch and Germany road safety legislation and therefor allowing it to be road legal in Europe.
Step 5 Present the trailer to the public.

Somewhere in the production proces of our sample trailer we decided that the layout and design was not what we had expected. We found out that the therie and practice is a different game. So far in the production we decided to stop. Strip the sample trailer and do a complete redesign. So we are now on our model 16. With a major new layout, other chassis other setup.
Due to the regulations to use big tires we have had to change the axle and breaking system. Which will force to change the chassis jet again. But as we want to deliver a save and roadworthy trailer we will change this off course.

Due to legislation in Germany on the Roadworthy test the axle tire combination used did not comply with German requirement. After changing the AL-KO axle to a KNOTT axle with an 1800KG rating. The Axle Tire combination got approved. This axle however has other dimensions meaning the chassis has to be altered. For the sample trailer this is not an issue. However on future trailers there has to be an wider chassis.
At the moment the sample trailer has received a German license registration with a 100 km/h rating.
So now it is time to do some road and offroad testing to see how it is behaving when towed.
